Kim's Crockpot Meatballs

Crockpot Meatballs
1 package Frozen Meatballs
1/2 jar grape jelly (sugar-free is a great option!)
1/2 jar chili sauce
1/2 cup salsa
Instant Rice
Place frozen meatballs in bottom of crockpot. Dump in jelly & hot sauce and cook on low for 2 hours.
10 minutes before you are ready to eat add 1/2 cup salsa. Serve over rice.
Kim was one of my awesome visiting teachers when we lived up in Tooele County. She was always so good to help me out when I was pregnant and bedridden with pre-eclamsia, gestational diabetes (twice!), & pre-term labor(twice!). She brought us this meal when we needed it most. Best thing - she was consious of the 'betes and I was able to count my carbs well with this meal!
