Rollo Cookies

1 package german chocolate cake

2 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

Bag of Rollos

Powdered Sugar

Mix together cake mix, eggs, & oil. Unwrap Rollos. Make a small ball of mix and flatten in palm of hand. Place Rollo in center of flattened mix and wrap around until Rollo is in the middle. Roll ball in powdered sugar and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-11 minutes.

I feel really lucky to have this recipe and even more lucky to share it with you. Randi has consented to let me share this winner of a cookie. She just doesn't give out any ol' recipe. This is her go to - "take to the Ward party, Relief Society function, and Sunday school class treat"- recipe. She loves that it's a different kind of cookie and I'm not gonna lie - it's fantastic. Be prepared to eat the whole batch and then have to make a couple more.
